MMT is a Media Display Company serving the Out of Home Advertising, Sports & Event venues, and Retail Environments.
We have been revolutionizing the Outdoor Advertising Industry since 1987 with our proprietary system for large format graphics. MMT is credited with modernizing the way outdoor ad campaigns are branded as well as dramatically elevating the perception of the medium. We have a strong national presence with offices around the country with our main production facility centrally-located in Ohio as well as an international reach with facilities in 3 countries.
MMT is a recognized 3M Graphics Authorized Manufacturer as well as a fully-qualified G7 Master Printer, incorporating the worldwide accepted standard G7 process to match color across multiple print platforms.
Along with our digital UV and Latex printing capabilities, MMT’s proprietary drum system, utilizing acrylic-based paint, continues to offer the most vibrant and exact color match, creating a finished display of dynamic contrast and 3D realism. Midtones, shadows, and highlights are all enhanced with this unique process.
Our full-service fabrication facility in Wooster, Ohio offers MMT the ability to carefully control quality and manufacture any size display, small to spectacular, on a multitude of substrates including vinyl, mesh, canvas, fabrics, adhesive vinyls, and PE material for 30-sheets and bulletins. Our full-service finishing department includes the standard grommets and pockets to stitching & welding and any customization required for your project.
With our in-house design capabilities and installation services, MMT prides itself on our ability to bring a Spectacular to life. Our drum technology can print on pre-fabricated, pre-pocketed material up to 32 feet by 63 feet in a single sheet. This not only improves printed appearance, but greatly reduces post production handling, giving us enhanced competitive throughput. Along with our digital flatbed devices, the drum architecture also allows us to bring our acrylic paint capabilities to rigid substrates such as Lexan, Sintra, and metals.
MMT has been named a model facility by the EPA for the responsible and environmentally friendly way we handle our manufacturing and production processes. In 1998, MMT was the first to promote recycling of vinyl substrates by recovering faces from outdoor companies, reducing waste and supporting responsible handling. Today, that effort has evolved into a company initiative called Re:act. By migrating to aqueous and UV-based inks, we have reduced energy consumption and implemented lifecycle management of all consumables including packaging, substrates, ink, and office waste. These steps are helping work towards a carbon-free footprint at each of our printing facilities.
Additionally, by implementing lighter weight substrates and substantially increasing the use of more environmentally substrates, Re:act reflects MMT’s corporate culture brought together by the culmination of passion for our community and the environment. We are steadfast in our commitment to your valuable brand image and the visible appearance of our medium. Re:act is just one of the many ways we express this sentiment.
MMT worked in cooperation with the New York City Building Department to establish the strictest vinyl performance standards in the United States. Our vinyls meet and exceed flame-spread and fire-retardancy standards and exhibit weld, hemming and finishing superiority.
MMT offered the first wallscape mesh material approved by the Los Angeles City Department of Building and Safety meeting and exceeding the City’s fire “ANF” safety codes.
